Kerry says she was slightly disappointed by her third week, but that has not affected her motivation for the long term.

"If I'm completely honest I lost my motivation slightly this week," she said. "I did feel rather sorry for myself."

"This showed with a 1-lb gain, but staying for image therapy helped tremendously. Everyone was so encouraging and my enthusiasm was restored."

"I'm putting Week Three to bed now and starting afresh with a positive approach for the coming week..."

Just like to say a big well done on your first half stone.
Keep up the good work, having already lost three stone myself I no how hard it can be so stick at it and don't be dissapointed if you have a bad day, your only human after all.

take one day at a time and you'll soon be getting into them size 12 jeans
